Return And Exchange Policy
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery personal. Also, please call our customer care at +91-8100905566 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
The Return request has to be initiated within 7 (SEVEN) days from the day of receipt.
Returns are not accepted under following conditions:
The return reason quoted as “THE ORDER WAS FOR ANY OTHER LANGUAGE AND WAS WRONGLY ORDERED FOR BENGALI”. We only deal with Bengali Books.
We do not accept return of any kind of MAGAZINES or LITTLE MAGAZINES.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PLAN cannot be cancelled/returned once first issue is delivered.
Return without a valid reason is also not accepted.
Return request made after the period of 7 (SEVEN) days.
However, in the case of any manufacturing defect/printing defect exchange can be initiated upto 30 (THIRTY) days from the date of receipt of shipment.
Refunds will be made within 2-3 working days from the date acceptance of cancellation/receipt of returned shipment.
For online payment, refunds will be made in the same form in which the payment is received. For COD orders refund will be made by Cheque/Bank Transfer in the name of the Customer. Please ask for the Bank Transfer form.
